When and Where is the Lab?

The Lab will take place in Williams Bay, WI from May 28th - June 11th, 2023. The centerpiece of the immersion, Yerkes Observatory, is located 90 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. This “birthplace of modern astrophysics” is a site of inquiry and imagination and houses the world’s largest telescope of its kind! The Lab ‘24 will also host events at Tiny Tempest Farms and Black Point Estate and Gardens. Artists will have a chance to explore Williams Bay and the small towns surrounding the beautiful Geneva Lake.
